Make use of static instance of PhysicsSystem optional

Would it be possible to make the use of the static PhysicsSystem variable optional?
(Maybe via overloaded constructors on the Body and Controller classes that take an existing instance of the desired physics system as a parameter instead?)

This would make it a *lot* easier to create both archtectures and unit tests that are 'safe' from unintended 'interference' between physics systems.

(If one wanted to make it really nice then changing it across to a depency injection style model would be pretty cool.
e.g. create a PhysicsSystemProvider instance that allows for the easy mapping of bodies and controllers to a physics system.)
