Current behavior when applying two opposite forces to connected objects?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me whether JigLibX currently behaves well if you:
Create two box objects (for example), A and B.
Join A to B with a single joint.

Apply an upward force of 11.0 units to object A.
Apply a downward force of 1.0 units to object B.

What should happen? In my project, weird things are happening (like the object exploding).

In theory, if gravity is 10.0 units downward, then the connected object should roughly float midair, right?
Or at least I think it should move slowly at first in one direction.
Is there anything else I should take into consideration when deciding what to expect from JigLibX here?
